EDF Energy is seeking an on-site engineer to develop and implement lifting and transport solutions for major infrastructure projects. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient lifting operations on-site.

Responsibilities include producing lift plans and method statements, reviewing drawings and risk assessments, coordinating with clients and site teams, and maintaining documentation. A degree in engineering and strong crane experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; master's preferred.
• Extensive site exposure on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in heavy lift transport, shipping or lifting markets.
• Experience with lifting operations using mobile, tower and crawler cranes.
• Client-facing engineering experience.
• Familiarity with relevant technical codes and standards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented; Right the first time.
