Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our PMR team, supporting EDF Nuclear Generation and its UK fleet. Based predominantly at Sizewell B Power Station, you'll work within a regulated, safety-critical environment delivering projects on time and to budget.

You'll collaborate with client and cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and apply modern project management techniques while growing your leadership capabilities in a supportive, mentoring-focused

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or progression towards Chartership desirable.
• SMSTS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience applying modern project management techniques in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of project execution strategies in collaboration with the client Project/Programme Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver work safely and effectively, in accordance with company policies, procedures and baselines.
• Take accountability for the delivery of assigned project activities and ensure goals are achieved.
• Build strong working relationships with client teams, project stakeholders and colleagues across the wider organisation.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, maintaining productive stakeholder networks.
• Apply a strong safety mindset and work in a highly regulated nuclear environment.
• Bring a collaborative, organised and results-focused approach to project delivery.
