Job summary

Binnies an RSK Group company is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team at Whitlingham, Norfolk. You will support a designated Integrated Project Leader’s team, delivering within the portfolio and growing your skills to provide broader project support.

You will develop systematic processes, maintain documentation, and coordinate meetings. A proactive, can-do attitude and strong IT skills are essential to help the alliance deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and production of deliverables on multiple schemes within the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of the Capital Delivery Process; keep a reference file for the team.
• Coordinate DM1–DM6 deliverables and ensure final documentation is produced on time and to standards.
• Liaise with the PDM to document and ensure visibility of outstanding deliverables.
• Undertake key administrative tasks: arranging and minuting meetings, updating trackers, producing reports, coordinating communications.
• Establish improvements; propose initiatives and implement upon team agreement to boost output.
