Job summary

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the @one Alliance. Based on site at Whitlingham, Norfolk, you will join a designated Integrated Project Leader’s team and support project delivery with strong administrative and coordination skills.

You will grow within the team, expand your process knowledge, and contribute to delivering high-quality deliverables while maintaining effective communication across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating deliverables and meetings.
• Ability to keep project trackers up to date.
• Familiarity with document management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables for multiple schemes within the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of the Capital Delivery Process and reference files.
• Work with Document Control to ensure project files meet requirements.
• Coordinate DM1–DM6 deliverables and final documentation on time.
• Liaise with the PDM to track outstanding deliverables and provide accessible proofs.
• Arrange and minute meetings, update trackers, produce reports and coordinate communications.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement approved enhancements.
