Cytiva in Cardiff is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day production team, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in an on-site role.

You will hold a BSc in a related field, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and work within a QMS aligned to ISO13485 or ISO9001 standards. Experience with Oracle, Veeva or Magic systems is a plus.

Qualificações

• BSc in related scientific field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing/laboratory environment.
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
• Knowledge and understanding of working within a QMS & working to ISO13485 or ISO9001 standard.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day to day running of the production team, managing resources, recruiting and training of contingent workers and deputizing for the Value Stream Leader when required.
• Complete product sign-off, raising any deviations in our Quality Management System and work with QA/Value Stream Leader to resolve.
• Use the Danaher Business System tools to meet the core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery and cost.
