Job summary

Cytiva in Cardiff is actively seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise a team of operators in a cleanroom environment, driving OEE targets and compliant processes.

You will apply Danaher Business System tools to support safety, quality, delivery and cost goals, with strong emphasis on ISO/QMS alignment and clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and oral communication with good organisational skills.
• Familiarity with QMS and ISO13485/ISO9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of production operators within a cleanroom manufacturing environment to meet OEE/output targets and ensure fully compliant manufacturing processes.
• Escalate, evaluate and remedy any production issues that arise via Live DIVE and document within our QMS system
• Utilize the Danaher Business System tools to meet the core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery and cost.

The Production Team Leader for Cytiva will lead a team of operators manufacturing filtration devices at our Cardiff site.

What You Will Do

• Manage a team of production operators within a cleanroom manufacturing environment to meet OEE/output targets and ensure fully compliant manufacturing processes.
• Escalate, evaluate and remedy any production issues that arise via Live DIVE and document within our QMS system
• Utilize the Danaher Business System tools to meet the core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Who You Are

• Previous experience of leading a team within a cleanroom environment.
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
• Knowledge and understanding of working within a QMS & working to ISO13485 or ISO9001 standard.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• The use of Oracle, Veeva and Magic systems.
