Job summary

Cytiva is hiring a Production Team Leader at our Cardiff site to oversee operators in a cleanroom environment and ensure compliant manufacturing processes. You will drive OEE targets and apply DBS tools to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Applicants should have proven team leadership in cleanroom settings and strong communication skills, with knowledge of QMS and ISO13485/ISO9001. Experience with Oracle, Veeva or Magic systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of QMS and working to ISO13485 or ISO9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators within a cleanroom manufacturing environment to meet OEE/output targets and ensure compliant processes.
• Escalate, evaluate and remedy production issues via Live DIVE and document within the QMS system.
• Utilise DBS tools to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
