• Complete product sign-off, raising any deviations in our Quality Management System and work with QA/Value Stream Leader to resolve.
• Use the Danaher Business System tools to meet the core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery and cost.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day to day running of the production team.

This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Operations Team located in Cardiff and will be an on‑site role.

What you will do:

• Support the day to day running of the production team, managing resources, recruiting and training of contingent workers and deputizing for the Value Stream Leader when required.
