Aufgaben

• Provide hardware, software and ERP systems support to users.
• Acknowledge, diagnose and resolve incidents within service levels.
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd level resolver groups when needed.
• Communicate updates to Amadeus customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluations and upgrades of IT infrastructure.
• Travel occasionally to Dublin airport for role coverage.
