You will diagnose complex problems in PC/server/ERP environments, provide end-user ERP support, coordinate with 3rd level resolver groups, and contribute to knowledge solution

Formación

• Experience in product engineering support.
• Hardware maintenance experience (preferred in transport or industrial environments).
• Willingness to relocate to Manchester.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Teamwork and flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for PCs/servers/mainframe applications, data/voice network, and ERP systems.
• Acquire, install and upgrade PC components and software; plan for/respond to service outages.
• Respond to user requests to research complex problems in telecommunications networks and ERP systems.
• Provide end-user ERP support, problem identification, and training to prevent recurrence.
