Job summary

Rehlko in the UK is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead Site Managers to ensure consistency across sites.

Travel across the UK and Europe is required, with periods away from home. You will work with Project Managers and engineers to bring complex designs to life, while upholding HSEQ standards and driving safe, efficient project handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS, CSCS).
• Willing to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project sites and Site Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive safety and quality standards across all activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and internal resources.
• Lead site progress meetings and report to senior leadership.
• Support commissioning and handovers for high-profile projects.
