Job summary

Amey is hiring an On-Site Plumber at HMP Lindholme in Doncaster (DN7 6EE). You will perform plumbing maintenance across the site, including reactive and planned work, mains water repairs and compliance tasks, ensuring safety and reliability of facilities.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating, have maintenance experience, Legionella awareness, and a full UK driving licence. The role includes a 39-hour week, weekend rota, on-call duties, and a 15% weekend allowance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating is essential.
• Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar ideal).
• Legionella awareness desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing maintenance across site (reactive and planned).
• Mains water repairs and fault finding.
• Inspections, water sampling and compliance work.
• Identify and repair faults on equipment.
• Support wider FM team when needed.
