Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a pro active on-site technical role in the Liverpool area to build, deploy and support MES applications and integrations on the plant floor. You will act as the local link to the global technical team, ensuring smooth operation for daily manufacturing activities.

Ideal candidates have IT/technical support experience, OT/IT knowledge, and a strong customer-first mindset. The role requires full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday, within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• IT or technical support experience in a regulated or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software and data.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
• Full-time presence on site, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and support MES applications and integrations on the plant floor.
• Act as the site liaison to the global technical team.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to test and release changes in a regulated environment.
