JCW Group in Liverpool seeks a Plant IT Engineer (Manufacturing Systems) for a 14-month contract, on-site five days a week. Occasional travel to European sites is expected.

You will support deployment of a new MES system on a regulated industrial site, participate in building and supporting applications and integrations, and provide daily IT/OT platform support in coordination with the global technical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/technical support, with a good general understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software, data and cloud environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and quick learning ability.
• Willingness to be on-site Monday to Friday and travel 10–25% within Europe.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment of a new MES system on a regulated industrial site in the Liverpool area.
• Participate in the construction and support of applications and integrations.
• Provide daily support for the platform (development, security, operations).
• Act as the local contact for the site's needs with the global technical team.
