Job summary

Parkingeye Limited is seeking a proactive Parking Attendant to support operations across client sites. You will patrol car parks, enforce policies, assist customers, and respond to inquiries, while upholding our blend values.

Outdoor role requiring resilience, clear communication, and the ability to manage challenging conversations. You’ll collaborate with client teams, report incidents, and help improve parking compliance, with training provided and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate with customers during demanding circumstances.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining positive.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and parking guidance while enforcing client policy.
• Proactively patrol car parks to enforce restrictions and advise users.
• Issue Parking Charge Notices in accordance with legislation and codes.
• Identify signage/equipment issues and provide first line maintenance.
• Manage challenging conversations with car park users.
• Manage traffic flow on the car park as required.
• Liaise with internal teams and the client to improve compliance.
• Report incidents and accidents.
• Adhere to policy and compliance when enforcement is required.
• Stay up to date on GDPR and H&S requirements and industry standards.
