OCS Group is seeking a Civil Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team. The role involves dealing with queries, patrolling, issuing penalty charge notices, and reporting equipment defects, all while maintaining a calm, professional manner in public spaces.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be computer literate, able to handle conflict, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsabilités

• Deal with queries and resolve problems.

• Issue penalty charge notices to vehicles parked against restrictions and record verbal warnings issued to motorists.
• Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly.
• Ensure enquiries from members of the public are dealt with promptly and politely.
