Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a Branch Manager (Insite Manager) to lead on-site operations at a major aerospace site in Spalding. You will ensure seamless delivery of the customer contract, manage day-to-day activities, and be the trusted on-site Rubix representative.

Reporting to the Regional Insite Manager, you will drive service excellence, inventory management, and contractual KPIs while building strong relationships with the customer and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or MRO.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of operational activities.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing decisions and building relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of the contract, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual customer requirements.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the customer.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the site.
• Develop trust and credibility through responsive service and problem resolution.
• Attend engineering meetings and support operational discussions.
