Job summary

Freshminds Interim is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to join a client in the management consulting sector for an initial 12-week engagement in London.

You will support delivery of strategic operations and supply chain transformation programmes for global clients, driving operational improvements, cost reduction initiatives and end-to-end transformations that deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting into senior project leadership, you will help shape solutions and risk-managed plans.

Qualifications

• Experience within a top-tier consultancy, Big Four firm or specialist operations consulting business.
• Strong background delivering procurement, sourcing or supply chain transformation programmes.
• Proven expertise in operating model design, cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and project delivery capabilities within complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams focused on procurement, sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of operating model and business transformation programmes.
• Analyse and optimise planning, manufacturing and logistics operations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations to senior client leaders.
