Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager for a London hybrid, 6-month contract. Lead Order to Cash delivery, manage invoice processing, and drive financial forecasting and reporting with a focus on efficiency and control.

Requires 14+ years in O2C, strong data analysis, and ability to work across finance and operations while mentoring the team to optimize revenue and reduce costs. Hybrid arrangement in London with emphasis on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years of experience in the Order to Cash process with a focus on Credit Management & Cash Applications.
• Proven ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends and comparisons.
• Demonstrated knowledge to work cross-functionally, across finance, operations and matrixed structure.
• Hands-on experience to support efforts to identify ways to improve revenue and/or minimize costs through sound executions of project management processes.
• By using knowledge of the process, dedicatedly identify areas of concern to the Project Management team.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks within a defined schedule and in accordance with established procedures and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery of Order to Cash (O2C) processes in scope.
• Invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activities.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracy.
• Ensure proper financial treatment of the team's transactions.
• Maintain a sound Internal control environment.
• Lead Special Projects and handle customer expectations.
• Ensure feedback is provided for the process.
