Job summary

Rubix UKII seeks an experienced Insite Manager to lead our on-site operation at a key customer location. You will own service delivery, safety, stores control and the customer relationship, coordinating Rubix teams, suppliers and site stakeholders to ensure a safe, responsive operation.

This role requires strong operational leadership and commercial awareness to solve complex problems while creating measurable value for the customer and Rubix.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a site/industrial environment.
• Strong commercial awareness across sales, costs and working capital.
• Knowledge of purchasing, order management and stock-control processes.
• Experience using ERP/inventory systems to maintain controls.
• Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management.
• Experience with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Ability to lead and influence teams and cross-functional groups.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to balance customer urgency with safety and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe and compliant operation with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Own day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring service levels and customer obligations.
• Act as primary Rubix contact on site with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and develop the site team with clear standards and handovers.
• Maintain stores activity control: goods-in, put-away, returns, repairs and enquiries.
• Manage inventory and supply performance, stock accuracy and variance control.
• Own site commercial performance including gross profit and margins.
• Deliver KPI, safety, financial, inventory and risk reporting with clear actions.
• Identify and deliver improvements through stock optimisation and process changes.
