Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking an on-site Branch Manager (Insite Manager) to lead day-to-day operations at a major aerospace contract site in Northwich. You will ensure service excellence, manage stock and fulfill contractual KPIs while serving as the trusted customer contact.

Reporting to the Regional Insite Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, commercial awareness and profitability, while coordinating with product units and suppliers to deliver value and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or MRO environment.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of operational activities.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to P&L responsibility, budgeting or commercial decision-making.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing decisions and building relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of the contract, ensuring compliance with SLA and customer requirements.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the customer.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the site.
• Develop trust and credibility through responsive service and problem resolution.
• Attend engineering meetings and support operational discussions.
• Manage the on-site supply solution and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
• Monitor and replenish stock cabinets and vending solutions across the site.
• Process customer orders and coordinate product deliveries.
• Ensure stock availability and minimise downtime.
• Deliver sales and margin budget and identify opportunities to increase penetration.
