Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work at client sites in Newton Aycliffe. You will deliver a full range of clinical services including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy.

You will work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, providing practical guidance to reduce absence and support return-to-work plans, while upholding NMC standards and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and nursing qualification required.
• 2+ years of experience with case management and complex referrals.
• Occupational Health degree or diploma required.
• Experience delivering health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy is essential.
• Knowledge of CPD, revalidation, and GDPR compliance.
• Experience hosting wellness events and client health promotion days is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional occupational health case management advice for clients, supporting early return to work.
• Deliver health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy as required.
• Work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team to meet service standards.
• Maintain confidential medical records per policy and GDPR.
