Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to support clients in creating healthier, safer working environments. You will deliver a full range of clinical services, including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy.

Hybrid work arrangement with clinics and client sites in central Liverpool; part-time and full-time hours available. Up to £43,000 depending on experience. NMC registration and nursing qualification required.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification and NMC registration.
• Experience in occupational health departments.
• Experience hosting client wellness and health promotion days.
• Proficient in health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health case management for clients and expedite early return to work.
• Provide and maintain advice on health issues, health promotion and health education to employers and employees.
• Work autonomously within the Health Partners multi-disciplinary team to ensure service quality.
• Undertake health surveillance, including vaccinations and phlebotomy as required.
• Ensure CPD and training to meet NMC continuing registration requirements.
• Maintain, store and handle medical records in line with GDPR and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with other service teams on client and employee queries.
• Complete clinical administration within agreed timescales and service levels.
• Participate in clinical audit activities.
