Job summary

Drs Direct Ltd is seeking an Onsite Occupational Health Advisor to deliver full OH services at multiple UK sites. You will conduct health assessments, manage cases, and coordinate health surveillance to support employee wellbeing.

The role requires driving practical case management in line with policies and legislation. You will liaise with HR, line managers and external providers, deliver written reports, and maintain confidential records while promoting health, safety and well-being across the

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health.
• Current and valid NMC registration (Parts 1 or 3).
• Experience in OH case management and health surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety, Equality and Data Protection acts.
• Experience in face-to-face and telephonic assessments.
• Excellent report writing and IT skills.
• Proficient with OH management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employee health cases and advise on fitness for work and return to work.
• Deliver health surveillance programmes and ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide ergonomic and risk assessments and health promotion activities.
• Ensure policy compliance and contribute to OH policies and training.
• Prepare regular health surveillance reports and monitor absence trends.
• Collaborate with HR, H&S and external providers to support staff.
