Job summary

HFL Building Solutions Group in Manchester seeks a Multi Skilled Static Engineer with a strong electrical bias to repair, maintain, and install building services across client sites. You will manage deliverables, meet service levels, and uphold safety standards on site.

The role requires substantial experience with electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing, plus familiarity with BMS and control systems. On-site work and customer-facing responsibilities form a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years minimum experience with commercial electrical systems.
• Experience on HVAC and plumbing systems is required.
• Experience with building management and control systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establishing partnership with the client and deliver services per specification.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Carry out planned maintenance, fault finding and repair of building services.
• Ensure all test results and actions are properly recorded.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of critical mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with site staff and subcontractors to ensure service continuity.
