Job summary

HFL Building Solutions Group is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to repair, maintain and install electrical and building services systems across commercial properties. You will typically work on HVAC, electrical, water distribution and BMS with a rotating on-call obligation and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will join a team dedicated to delivering reliable, energy-efficient building operation with strong client communication and careful documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working with Commercial electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• General ability to work as part of a team and be customer-focused.
• Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Complete required reports on CAFM system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair, maintenance or installation of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Operate in rotating on-call system (1 in 14 weeks).
• Establish partnerships with customers and manage service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Record test results and actions taken; keep documentation up to date.
• Work on building services including HVAC, electrical, water, and BMS systems.
