Job summary

HFL Building Solutions Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Electrical/Building Services Technician to repair, maintain or install plant, equipment and systems across client premises in line with best practice, statutory compliance and SLA terms.

You will work on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, BMS and water systems, uphold H&S policies, deliver service levels, and document test results and actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with commercial electrical systems.
• 2) Strong organisational and communication skills.
• 3) Team-oriented with customer focus.
• 4) Proficient in reporting CAFM system data.
• 5) Relevant City & Guilds / EAL qualifications.
