Job summary

East West Connect Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation on site, ensuring timely distribution and archiving of drawings, manuals and risk assessments.

You will work with the project team to support document control workflows, maintain accuracy, and ensure adherence to EWC policies, ISO systems and health and safety practices, with occasional site travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt.
• Willingness to travel to site as required.
• Familiarity with EWC policies and ISO systems can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of office administration and document management.
• Current ECS Card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with EWC policies per ISO system of work.
• Develop and maintain project documentation control procedures.
• Handle on-site document control for drawings, manuals, and risk assessments.
• Distribute information to trades and consultants in a timely manner.
• Log and archive instructions from consultants, clients and project managers.
• Support site office and project team with admin duties.
