Job summary

Agrate Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Graduate Buyer to join our procurement team. Working with engineers, maintenance and manufacturing, you will source parts and services, raise purchase orders, and help ensure on-time supply across the UK and Europe.

You will travel regularly, build supplier relationships, and support cost-saving initiatives while developing commercial and supplier management skills in a growing international manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Completion of a 12-month industry placement as part of your degree, ideally within procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing parts and services.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time supply.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites across the UK and Europe.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve the best cost, quality, and lead times.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement.
• Resolve supplier, delivery, and invoice queries.
• Produce procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Support wider procurement and supply chain activities as required.

Graduate Buyer to join a leading manufacturing business based in

Warrington.

Working alongside experienced buyers, you will support the sourcing and purchasing of

engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing equipment, while developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across the UK and Europe.

Please note: This role requires regular travel throughout the UK and Europe. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are essential.
