Job summary

The Results People are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead an on-site recruitment operation in Hinckley. You will be responsible for day-to-day management and service delivery, supporting approximately 150 agency colleagues and ensuring recruitment, fulfilment, compliance and workforce performance.

Key duties include leading the on-site team, maintaining client relationships, planning workforce needs and producing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruitment operation and service delivery.
• Lead and support the on-site recruitment team.
• Oversee roughly 150 agency colleagues and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor attendance, retention and workforce performance.
• Handle inductions, onboarding and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with client operations teams.
• Lead workforce planning and adapt to changing needs.
• Produce operational and performance reports.
• Resolve queries quickly and professionally.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and service delivery of an operation supporting approximately 150 agency colleagues, ensuring excellent recruitment, fulfilment, compliance and workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day recruitment operation
• Leading and supporting the on-site recruitment team

• Ensuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achieved
• Monitoring attendance, retention and workforce performance
• Managing inductions, new starters and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the client’s operational teams
• Managing workforce planning and changing requirements
• Producing regular operational and performance reports
• Resolving colleague and client queries quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.

You will need to be highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of a busy, fast-paced operation.
