Job summary

The Results People is recruiting an Account Manager to lead an on-site operation in Rugby. You will oversee day-to-day recruitment, deliver service excellence, and manage a team of on-site recruiters while supporting around 150 agency colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.
• You will need to be highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of a busy, fast-paced operation.

• Managing the day-to-day recruitment operation
• Leading and supporting the on-site recruitment team
• Managing approximately 150 agency colleagues
• Ensuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achieved
• Monitoring attendance, retention and workforce performance
• Managing inductions, new starters and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the client’s operational teams
• Managing workforce planning and changing requirements
• Producing regular operational and performance reports
