Job summary

Places for People is hiring a Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis at PinnPoint, Uxbridge UB10 0WN. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will ensure the site is well maintained and that technical issues are minimised.

You will assist with health and safety, support procurement of goods, and help residents with ad hoc requests. A basic DBS check is mandatory, and successful candidates may be certified after probation.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience is essential.
• Plumbing and decorating experience preferred.
• Mechanical/electrical qualifications are desirable.
