Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking an M&E Supervisor for a large static site in Hatfield. The role operates on days, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary up to £50,000 plus an on-call allowance of £4,160 per year.

You will oversee a small team of electrical and mechanical engineers, ensure PM/compliance, and manage site log books, subcontractors, and hands-on plant duties as needed.

The package includes 23 days leave rising to 27 with service and matched pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications backed by an apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in facilities maintenance sector.
• Experience in supervisory roles or willingness to step up to supervision.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a small team of electrical and mechanical HVAC engineers.
• Inspect completed PMs and reactive works on building services plant.
• Manage compliance, update site log books, and ensure safety standards.
• Supervise specialist subcontractors on site.
• Perform hands-on work on building services plant when required.
