Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a Lettings & Property Manager to operate on-site in Coventry, supporting lettings and block management teams. The role requires a proactive, well-organised individual with lettings experience and a full UK driving licence.

Typical duties include tenant liaison, inspections, and on-site operations across multiple locations. The position is office-based in Coventry with occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Prior lettings or property management experience.
• Ability to handle tenant inquiries calmly and professionally.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lettings team with inspections and ensuring units meet required standards prior to occupation.
• Provide visible on-site presence, respond to tenant queries and resolve issues.
• Support the block management team with routine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Act as a key point of contact between tenants, lettings and block management for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain records, schedule appointments, prepare reports, supervise contractors and assist with move-in/move-out processes.
• Provide flexible on-site support to meet operational needs.
