Job summary

HAART is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential properties in Coventry. Candidates should have a proven background in property management and be based in or near Coventry. This role includes managing maintenance, tenancy agreements, and compliance, while ensuring excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues.
• Processing deposit returns.
• Resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests.
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints.
• Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

We’re recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Coventry, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position involves managing maintenance requests, tenancy agreements, and compliance requirements while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants. Benefits

• £27800 to £32480 OTE dependent on experience, consisting of Basic salary of £20000 to £27500 per year and £4,980 additional earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme

• Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day‑in‑lieu)

Driving Requirements

• Holder of a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic‑only licences not accepted)
