Job summary

Greencore Group in Old Leake (near Boston, Lincolnshire) is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead proactive maintenance across production assets. You will diagnose faults, support setups and changeovers, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced chilled production environment.

You will work on electrical and mechanical systems with a hands-on approach, mentoring colleagues and ensuring tools and documentation are up to date.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multi-disciplinary maintenance capability across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience performing planned, predictive and reactive maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive and reactive maintenance on production assets.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Support machinery setups, changeovers, installations, and removals.
• Manufacture and repair components for processing and packaging equipment.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and asset records.
• Mentor and support technical development of team members.
