Job summary

Greencore in Nantwich is seeking an engineer to maintain and optimise food processing and packaging equipment. Your role includes diagnosing faults, conducting maintenance, and improving efficiencies.

You will work on a rotating schedule of 4 on, 4 off, covering both days and nights. This permanent role offers competitive benefits including a pension scheme and life insurance up to 4x salary.

Qualifications

Ability to complete IET Wiring Regs, Level 2 Food Safety, CMMS and contractor control training in year one.
Multiskilled capability with an electrical bias.
Experience in fault finding, maintenance planning, and working to SOPs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and carry out maintenance work on food and drink processing and packaging equipment.
Conduct planned and predictive maintenance to optimise performance.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation and pneumatic faults.
