Job summary

Fold Hill Pet is seeking an Engineer Team Leader to oversee maintenance across FMCG production lines and packaging equipment. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive improvements, and ensure safe, reliable operation of conveyors, ovens, extruders, and related systems.

Based in Old Leake, Lincolnshire, this on-site role offers a four days-on/four days-off style with 12-hour shifts and a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in an FMCG environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance capabilities.
• Ability to plan and supervise maintenance across complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and systems.
• Lead a team of engineers to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
