Greencore at Park Royal in West London is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to lead site‑wide training. You will own inductions, training plans and the rollout of development activities for a diverse, 1,200‑strong workforce.

You’ll coach on‑site Trainers, manage training suppliers and budgets, and ensure day‑one onboarding is engaging. Proficiency with Excel and LMS data is essential to drive decisions and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experienced L&D coordinator on manufacturing or large-scale site.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Strong Excel and LMS data usage to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication across diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver site-wide training from induction to senior development.
• Lead and coach site trainers to ensure effective delivery.
• Support onboarding and integration of new starters.
