Job summary

Criterion Hospitality is seeking a (Junior) IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support across multiple hotel and hospitality sites within the group. You’ll maintain local IT infrastructure, resolve hardware and connectivity issues, and ensure systems are fully operational to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role involves regular travel between sites and requires a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows administration.
• Strong understanding of desktop hardware, basic networking and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with printers and related hotel tech (POS, CCTV).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site support across hotel properties for all IT-related issues, for business systems.
• Onboarding users, install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, hotel kiosks, and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, connectivity, CCTV, and guest services technology.
• Work closely with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide on-site support for hotel events or technical rollouts when required.
• Document issues, fixes, and any changes made to local systems.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with all staff and departments.
