Job summary

Trutex is seeking a proactive IT Support & Systems Assistant to join the on-site IT team in Clitheroe, Lancashire. You will support a range of platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, ERP, CRM and WMS, helping users maximise technology and contributing to major systems and projects.

The role involves providing first/second-line support, managing incidents, and collaborating with third-party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support across the Group.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and application issues.
• Support ERP, CRM and WMS platforms.
• Configure devices and onboard users; manage accounts and licenses.
