Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an IT Support Analyst for our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton. You will be the on-site contact between Aggreko Technology Services and business colleagues, ensuring smooth IT operations to support our global energy solutions.

You will provide 1st and some 2nd line support, manage user access in Active Directory, configure devices, deploy software via Intune, and contribute to continuous improvement. A full driving license and ability to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support covering Active Directory, Windows 10, Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience with device management and deployment tools (Intune, SCCM).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with business colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and some 2nd line IT support in an SLA-driven environment.
• Support starters and leavers to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
• Set up, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles and peripherals.
