Job summary
Aggreko plc in Dumbarton is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our on-site team at Lomondgate. You will provide 1st and some 2nd line support, configure desktops and devices, manage access in Active Directory, and deploy software via Intune and SCCM. You’ll collaborate with global colleagues to keep IT services reliable and user friendly.
The role demands strong customer service, practical problem solving, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role.
- Proficient with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365.
- Experience with Intune, SCCM and Azure/Entra.
- Familiarity with Citrix/AVD and MS Exchange.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and some 2nd line IT support to on-site and group-wide users.
- Set up, configure and support desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Manage user access in Active Directory and assist with identity management.
- Install operating systems and deploy software via Intune/SCCM.
- Provide basic training and share knowledge to improve IT literacy.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with 3rd parties for new services and changes.
- Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Support device end-of-life processes and returns.
