Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking an IT Support Analyst to be the on-site point of contact at the Lomondgate site in Dumbarton. You will deliver 1st line support and assist with 2nd line tasks to keep IT services running smoothly for a global operation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM and Intune, along with strong customer service and problem solving for a fast-paced environment. Driving license and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support covering Active Directory, Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Experience with enterprise imaging and device management tools (SCCM, Intune) is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and some 2nd line IT support to group-wide customers in an SLA-driven environment.
• Support starters and leavers processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
• Set up, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones and peripherals.
• Facilitate user access and identity management in Active Directory.
• Install operating systems and deploy software via Intune.
• Provide basic training and knowledge sharing to improve IT literacy.
• Collaborate with team and technical groups to solve problems and drive improvement.
• Work with third parties and resolver groups to introduce new services.
• Create SOP documentation to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Support device end-of-lease processes and manage device returns.
