Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is recruiting for an IT Service Engineer to join a modern wealth management organisation in London. You will be the on-site point of coordination for IT service delivery, supporting end-user devices, telephony, video conferencing, printers, and network connectivity, and you will work with regional and global IT teams.

The role involves incident triage, security checks, documentation, knowledge base ownership, and occasional on-call support.

Qualifications

At least three years’ experience supporting end-user IT services and Microsoft core technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
Experience supporting Citrix, XenApp and common network services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP).
Good practical knowledge of email security, collaboration platforms, video conferencing and backup/replication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily IT service operations for the London site and lead by example.
Ensure consistent on-site support coverage and allocate resources as required.
Triage and resolve complex end-user incidents and service requests, including regional/global escalations.
Provide advanced support for end-user devices, telephony, video conferencing, printers and network connectivity.
Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware, software and systems.
Monitor IT systems and apply troubleshooting to restore service.
