Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Bedford schemes within the @one Alliance. Based in Peterborough with hybrid working, you will own a portfolio of projects through design, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring SHEQ and value delivery.

APMP or equivalent is required; substantial experience at PM/Lead PM level with schemes £100m–£175m is expected. Join a collaborative, integrated team delivering major capital projects and driving asset

Qualifications

• APMP or equivalent Practitioner level qualification.
• Significant experience at Project Manager and Lead Project Manager level (Senior PM/Project Director).
• Experience on schemes between £100m and £175m in value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own a group of projects and develop delivery strategies for client approval through to handover.
• Oversee design, construction, commissioning and aftercare to agreed handover timeframes and standards.
• Champion Health & Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) in project delivery.
• Build and coach a high-performing team and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Establish a commercial strategy including procurement for a portfolio of work.
