Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting a Project Manager to join the @one Alliance and deliver major UK water infrastructure projects valued at £30m–£90m. You will lead from the front, owning projects from planning through construction, handover and beyond, and work closely with engineering, commercial and planning teams to overcome challenges and achieve the best outcomes.

Experience delivering large construction projects, strong leadership, and knowledge of NEC Option C would be

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major construction projects (£30m+)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A good understanding of health and safety, CDM and project delivery
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and multiple priorities
• Water industry experience would be great, but a strong construction background is acceptable
• Knowledge of NEC Option C contracts would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and own projects from planning through to construction and handover
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial and planning teams to overcome challenges and keep projects moving
• Ensure safety, quality and alignment with programme, budget and stakeholder expectations
