Job summary
United Infrastructure Transmission & Distribution LtdUK is seeking an on-site HSE Advisor in Argyll, Scotland to provide strategic HSSE guidance across multiple electricity transmission projects. NEBOSH cert and CSCS are preferred; you will develop HSSE plans, lead investigations, and report to the UK HSSE Manager.

Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent required.
- CSCS card holders preferred.
- Internal Auditor qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice, guidance, and support on Project HSSE matters.
- Roll out Company HSSE objectives and develop project-specific objectives.
- Lead HSSE campaigns and initiatives across projects.
- Monitor industry best practice and implement lessons learned.
- Lead incident investigations and develop SMART corrective actions.
- Visit project facilities and review HSSE status on-site.
- Develop and implement HSSE Management Plans.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct leading/lagging indicator analysis and raise alerts on trends.
- Serve as HSSE focal point for clients and audits.
