Sirius-Search is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the function on-site at East Kent, working hands-on across manufacturing, distribution and operations. The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of £50,000–£55,000 DOE and onsite parking.

You will oversee payroll with an HR Assistant, provide practical HR advice to managers, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while developing people processes and engagement across the site.

Competenze

• Extensive HR management experience in a busy operational environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day HR function on site with HR Assistant reporting to you.
• Provide practical HR advice to senior leaders, line managers and employees across all areas.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.
• Coach line managers to handle people matters fairly and confidently.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and workforce planning.
