Job summary

BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an experienced HR Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term, site-based role at Coventry. You will deliver practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, attendance, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role is fully on-site, requiring close collaboration with managers and employees across the site, with potential for extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist in a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance processes.
• Experience working with operational/shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees.
• Support ramp‑up hiring requirements – interview support and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide practical HR support across the site.
• Manage and support employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
• Advise managers on attendance, performance and conduct issues.
• Support HR processes in line with company procedures and UK law.
• Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and development.
• Assist with workforce planning and site recruitment activity.
